Bases: jeanspy.axisymmetric.AxisymmetricAnisotropyModel

Functional constant cylindrical beta_z (default 0), finite and <1.

beta_z is passed through params and is differentiable under JIT. Invalid dynamic values yield NaN; the full Jeans model also checks moment positivity.

beta(R_pc, z_pc, *, params)[source]#: Return beta_z at broadcast cylindrical coordinates in pc.
