Citing JeansPy and its dependencies#

Until a paper and archival release DOI are available, cite the repository and the exact commit used. Do not cite an unpublished manuscript as an accepted paper. A suitable development-software reference is:

Horigome, S., JeansPy, development source at commit <commit used in your analysis>, https://github.com/gomeshun/jeanspy.

Cite the scientific methods and software actually used in your analysis. The categorized references explain the role of each work and provide a downloadable BibTeX file. The axisymmetric bibliography includes the underlying Jeans formalism and the subsequent dwarf-galaxy applications.
